06 - Allow pretzels to set at room temperature for 30–45 minutes, or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until chocolate is firm.

01 -
  • The combination of salty pretzels and sweet chocolate hits every craving at once
  • They come together in under 20 minutes but look like you spent forever on them

  • Even a tiny drop of water in your melting chocolate will cause it to seize and turn into a grainy mess
  • Room temperature pretzels work better than cold ones—condensation can make the chocolate streak
03 -
  • Chop chocolate into uniform pieces before melting for even heating and smoother results
  • Work in small batches if your kitchen runs warm—the chocolate sets quicker than you think
