01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
02 - Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
03 - Dip each pretzel rod about two-thirds of the way into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
04 - Place dipped pretzels on the prepared baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with Valentine sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
05 - Melt white chocolate chips in a separate bowl and drizzle over the pretzels for a decorative finish.
06 - Allow pretzels to set at room temperature for 30–45 minutes, or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until chocolate is firm.
