01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Pat salmon fillets dry and place skin-side down on prepared tray.
03 - Brush each fillet with olive oil, season lightly with salt and black pepper.
04 - Bake for 15-18 minutes until opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
05 - Combine dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, melted butter, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
06 - Remove salmon from oven, spoon dill lemon sauce over each fillet. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon slices if desired. Serve immediately.
